*Under supervision of the chief legal officer, associate corporate counsel will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiation contracts and other legal documents and providing legal analysis and advice on a broad variety of commercial agreements. *Secondarily, as needed, assist in a range of legal matters, including general corporate matters. *Applicant must be familiar with contract language and structure and possess prior experience with commercial contracting. *Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to distill complex issues clearly and communicate in a clear and concise manner are prerequisites of this position.
